As of 27 APR 2026, NY RFMSS users who have a CAC associated to their account are able to self-reactivate their RFMSS accounts. After clicking on the "DoD-Approved Certificate Login" button, the user will be presented with an option to self-reactivate. If there are any questions, contact the Functional Administrator.

Notice:
- Do NOT request a new account if you have had an account on the NY RFMSS server in the past, OR if your account is locked, OR if your account is SYSTEM DEACTIVATED. Click the reactivation link or call/email the Functional Administrator to have your account reinstated.
- Accounts are automatically deactivated daily at 1000 hours EST. If you have not logged in within 35 days, or if you have not logged in after a reactivation, your account will lock automatically. Requests to unlock an account that is SYSTEM DEACTIVATED will not be processed until after 1000 hours EST in order to give users time to log in. Users that need an immediate unlock are required to call the Functional Administrator.
- DO NOT REQUEST AN ACCOUNT UNLOCK IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LOG IN BEFORE THE AUTOMATIC DEACTIVATION TIME.
