UNIT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CANCELLATIONS. It is a Unit responsibility to cancel any unused facilities in RFMSS IOT avoid being held accountable for any charges. This is for Training Facilities, Ranges, Logistics, Barracks, Simulations, and any other items scheduled in RFMSS. It is a unit responsibility to create and send a forecasted invoice to their finance office to cover the cost of training.

Reimbursable Units: Funding for the Fiscal Year must be locked in NLT 15JUL25. Any new request or additions to your training in FY25 after 15JUL25 will not be approved.

• TUESDAY at 0900 hours
• Every other WEDNESDAY directly after the 1000 coordination meetings(Check coordination meeting Calendar in RFMSS library or main page of RFMSS once logged in for dates)
• FRIDAY at 1400 hours
• By appointment for groups larger than 15 personnel (if needed)

MTC-VA ASP CLOSURE DATES. The MTC-VA Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) will be CLOSED during the following periods, to accomplish 100% Wall to Wall inventories of all CLV assets on the Stock Record Account.

-During the inventory periods listed above, no issues, receipts, commercial shipments, or transactions of any kind are permitted. Prior to publishing these dates all coordination was made with the Installation, G3, G4, and DPTS. SHORT SUSPENSE REQUESTS CANNOT BE HONORED WITHOUT COORDINATION. All requests must be submitted by the user no less than 90 days out. Any request inside the 90 day window requires pre-coordination with the Range Scheduler 434-292-2143. Any request within 30 days requires O5 or higher coordination and approval. Requests within planned Garrison shutdowns requires O6 or higher approval. Refer to the FBR 350-2 for more information.
